About these terms

By using this site or reserving a spot, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Kept's service, when it opens, will have its own terms, which you'll see and agree to before you sign up or pay anything. We'll add our company details and governing law here once Kept is incorporated.

You must be 18 or over

Kept is for adults. By using this site, you confirm you're at least 18.

The waitlist

• Reserving a spot is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
• We're opening to a small group first, so we can't promise a date or a place for everyone.
• “Reserving” your stage name reserves your spot on the list. It doesn't give you, or us, any rights in the name.
• You can leave the list at any time by writing to hello@kept.la.

Prices

The prices on this site are our planned launch prices. They may change before Kept opens. You'll always see the final price before you pay, and nothing is charged for joining the waitlist.

What's on the site

• Illustrations, sample reports and the figures in them are examples of how Kept works. They aren't real results.
• The calculator is an estimate from the numbers you enter. It isn't a promise of any result.
• No one can guarantee that every copy of leaked content comes down, and we don't. We'll always tell you what did and what didn't.
• Nothing on this site is legal advice.

Your part

• Give us accurate details, and only your own email address.
• Only reserve a spot under a stage name that's yours, or that you manage with the creator's permission.
• Don't misuse the site: no scraping, automated sign-ups, or attempts to break or overload it.

We may remove entries that break these rules.

Names and logos

The Kept name, wordmark and the content of this site belong to Kept. Other platforms' names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show where creators sell and where leaks turn up. Kept isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

The site itself

We work to keep kept.la available and accurate, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Kept isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for anything to do with it is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms. If we change the terms, we'll update the date above, and email the waitlist about anything important.
